Delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything Vivian holds about you at any time. See our privacy policy for what we collect.
How to ask
Email hello@usevivian.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the WhatsApp number you use with Vivian, including the country code. We may message that number on WhatsApp to confirm the request came from you.
What we delete
- Your waitlist sign-up: your name and number
- Your conversations with Vivian, including photos, documents and voice note text
- Things Vivian remembered, and your reminders and check-ins
- Connected email accounts, stored app passwords and emails you forwarded
- Service records about your conversations
We also remove Vivian's access to any accounts you connected, such as Gmail or Outlook.
Smaller changes
You don't need to delete everything to remove one thing. Ask Vivian on WhatsApp to forget something it remembered, or to cancel a reminder.
