Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Vivian, the personal assistant you talk to on WhatsApp, or join the waitlist at usevivian.com. By using Vivian you agree to them.
Early access
Vivian is in early access and is free while it is. Features may change, and we may pause or end the service. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged.
Who can use Vivian
You must be 18 or over. Use your own WhatsApp number, and only connect accounts that are yours or that you are allowed to connect.
Vivian acting for you
When you connect an account, such as your email or calendar, and ask Vivian to do something with it, you authorise Vivian to do that for you. You stay responsible for what is done from your accounts, so check anything Vivian prepares before relying on it.
Vivian can make mistakes
Vivian uses AI and can get things wrong: dates, details, summaries or suggestions. Check anything important before you act on it. Vivian does not give professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Fair use
Don't use Vivian to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to try to disrupt or get around how the service works. We may stop providing Vivian to anyone who does.
Your data
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. You can stop using Vivian at any time and ask us to delete your data.
Our responsibility
Vivian is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using Vivian, or from relying on what it says or does. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
